Having a home lab on which to try things out is something that every decent computer engineer should be doing and is something I’ve been doing for a long time.
As I am preparing to do the VCP4, I thought it would be good to update my Lab to test things without worrying about production system.
In order to be able to run through the VCP4 syllabus, I needed to put various hardware\software environments in and get them up and running.
This lab is a work in progress and is liable to change, any major changes to it will be noted here on my blog.y.
In part 1 of the series I will be looking at the hardware in use and the initial design.
